*EXECUTIVE BOARD* Maintain all current chapter and member data. Oversee general chapter administrative responsibilities. Preside over Officers’ Council (OC). Head of Officer's Training Council Develop and maintain the chapter calendar. Presides in the absence of chapter president. Serve as a host and point person for Fraternity visitors. Lead the Administration Team.

VP-Chapter Development (STANDARDS)

*EXECUTIVE BOARD* Conduct ceremonies as outlined in the Ritual of Delta Delta Delta. Coordinate necessary Ritual education and implement any complementary chapter activities. Manage all Fraternity and chapter Governing Documents. Oversee the operations of the Standards Committee Lead the Chapter Development Team.

New Member Education (STANDARDS)

*EXECUTIVE BOARD* Oversee all necessary administrative responsibilities with regard to new members. Specifically coordinate with the VP/Finance for new member related responsibilities. Prepare for and conduct all sessions of the Power of Purpose: New Member Education Program. Responsible for preparing all new members for initiation. Plans and implements a new member education program that meets the chapter’s schedule and timeline for initiation. Serves on Standards Committee.

Academics (STANDARDS)

*EXECUTIVE BOARD* Monitor member and chapter adherence to academic related Governing Documents. Manage the receipt and submission of all academic collegiate chapter reports. Coordinate all chapter and member academic programming. Coordinate academic programming specifically for members below bylaws. Responsible for maintaining chapter excellence in scholarship and assisting members who are in need of additional academic support Serves on Standards Committee. Inform chapter of scholarships available to them Assist chapter members in filling out applications for scholarships Coordinate committee that is available to read and revise scholarship applications and essays Nominate sisters/chapter for the Student Involvement Awards Ceremony held in the Spring semester

*EXECUTIVE BOARD* Ensure chapter adherence to Fraternity Policies and Procedures that relate to member finances. Be knowledgeable of and familiar with OmegaFi, Tri Delta’s system for chapter accounting. Oversee chapter’s collection of revenue and all aspects of member payments. Oversee the timely payment of any chapter bills. Create chapter budgets by the deadlines established by Executive Office. Maintain and implement chapter budgets. Lead the Finance Team. Serves on Standards Committee.

Ensure that all public relations efforts appropriately represent Tri Delta and are in accordance with all Governing Documents. Be familiar with the current happenings of the Fraternity. Be familiar with the current happenings within the campus community. Be familiar with the current happenings within the Fraternity & Sorority Community. Lead the Public Relations Team.

Oversee necessary meeting documentation. Oversee member attendance in collaboration with the Standards Committee. Ensure that appropriate procedures are being conducted during chapter meeting. Establish a system for organized chapter files.

Continuing Education

Coordinate all efforts for the preservation of chapter and Tri Delta history. Coordinate opportunities for member outreach and senior recognition. Contribute to chapter traditions, programs and initiatives that pertain to overall chapter development. Prepare the chapter for the slating process. Contribute to Fraternity traditions, programs and initiatives. Coordinates Founders Day celebration Understands officer responsibilities and educates officers about duties. Coordinate and lead a complete member development initiative in and among the chapter. Plan and implement monthly open chapter meetings based on current chapter and member needs

Music Chair

Encourage knowledge of and respect for Tri Delta music. Oversee the appropriate use of music for all Ritual ceremonies. Serve as a resource for the membership selection committee during recruitment planning and pre-recruitment activities involving music. Be available to assist with any chapter event or program which incorporates a musical component.

Body Image Coordinator

Be familiar with and knowledgeable about the BodyImage3D initiative. Provide consistent education to the chapter about BodyImage3D and body image related topics. Strive to live and model the values of BodyImage3D as an example to chapter members. Oversee the chapter’s implementation of the BodyImage3D Program with sophomore members and in collaboration with Executive Office. Plan and implement at least one chapter sponsored BodyImage3D awareness event on campus each academic year

Reference Chair

Provide chapter educations regarding the overall purpose and benefit of referring potential new members for membership in Tri Delta. Oversee the collection and use of all references for potential new members. Contribute to the clerical aspects of recruitment as it relates to membership selection. Oversee the operations of the evaluation committee.

Sponsor Chair

Educate prospective sponsors regarding the purpose of the sponsor program and the sponsor relationship. Oversee the operations of the sponsor selection committee. Plan and implement all sponsor events and activities. Consistently monitor the overall health of all sponsor relationships within the chapter.

Alumnae Relations

Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships between the chapter and local alumnae. Incorporate an alumnae presence into chapter events and programs whenever possible.

Oversee proactive external public relations opportunities through written outreach. Share and promote chapter achievements and events. Communicate any Tri Delta correspondence to the chapter. Oversee opportunities for internal public relations opportunities through outreach with members.

Vice President of Panhel at Stockton University Support and promote the initiatives and governing documents of the College Panhellenic association.

Consistently implement risk management education and programming in accordance with all the Governing Documents. Oversee the implementation of risk management plans for chapter events. Oversee appropriate and consistent chapter education of emergency procedures and Tri Delta’s Crisis Response Plan

Bailey Farrell

Community Service Chair

Develop and oversee the chapter’s involvement in community service programs and initiatives. Coordinates multiple ACUA Roadside cleanups each semester. Get the chapter involved in the Day of Service that the school hosts at the beginning of each semester. Host community service events with not only other fraternities and sororities, but other organizations as well. Encourage girls to do their own community service hours at home and in their own communities. Research and provide opportunities for both individual and chapter involvement on campus and in the community. Encourage member involvement outside of Tri Delta membership. Develop and oversee the chapter’s involvement in community service programs and initiatives. Coordinate Tri Delta’s involvement in Fraternity & Sorority Community related events. Connected on campus and is enthusiastic about helping chapter members find campus leadership and service opportunities. Track outside activities and encourage participation in more than one activity.
